Gun control laws and policies should be implemented for the safety of the civilians from this increasing gun violence, every day we hear another same heartbroken news on tv about gun violence. It is threatening in this time as people nowadays are so hot headed that they do not even think for a second before taking any serious actions and this is the most significant reason why gun control is necessary.
The most basic step of preventing more deaths the government must reduce easy access of guns and other dangerous and murderous weapons to the youth and people who are suicidal or have the mentality of harming others. Prior giving weapons it is the must responsibility to check the background of that individual and make sure that it is for self defense and not for harming other individuals. Command those individuals who are the owners of these weapons to make the license and training mandatory.
Some incidents also happen while hunting, when you are aiming for the animal and accidently shoot an individual which highlights that animal hunting should be ban too. People have zero patience, they cannot tolerate their own anger issues any slightest of humiliation or embarrassment they feel either in public or in private they just go for killing for instance a man shot 2 brothers and their mother only because one of their brothers pushed him. These people are mentally sick and need to be put in isolation that way there will be peace among people.
From stopping these awful daily tragedies our government should only make guns easily accessible for the police and armies even for self defense people do not need guns to protect themselves from harm / bad people there are many ways that can become a substitute of guns for instance, pepper sprays that you can always keep with you in case of emergency, hitting the attacker’s face causes intensively sore eyes and coughing making him disoriented for 30 minutes which can give you enough time to escape that situation and call for help. Another one is electric shocker / stunt guns / taser, it comes in rings also which releases 18,000,000 volts of electricity. Strict policies must be created to stop this endless cycle of violence thousands of people have died but now together we have to stop others from dying as well.
Every person has the right to walk freely, have vacations with their families without the fear of being shot. It is a difficult task to prevent from such people and gun violence as people are not even safe in their own home, some incidents of gun violence are: husband shot his 6 months pregnant wife while she was sleeping, girl was shot dead in day light by a boy because she rejected his proposal, children were playing with gun and accidently shot himself. These are not self-defense these are cold blooded murder. Â strict laws, self-control and policies should be enforced to prevent such things from happening.
The government should show more responsibility and sensitivity towards this gun control matter and put a stop on this cycle of many innocent deaths. Also, people who have guns for self-defense or have license should safely lock their guns at home and only use it in emergency, they should know the value of life.
