1. Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship
Offeror: the Government of Hungary.
Benefits: full payment of tuition, monthly maintenance, free accommodation in the university dormitory, and medical insurance.
Level of study: undergraduate and graduate programs in certain areas of knowledge such as:
- Farming.
- Economy.
- Natural Sciences.
- Engineering and Technology.
- Arts.
- Social Sciences.
General requirements:
- Not have the citizenship of Hungary.
- For studies in English having proficiency in the language (IELTS or TOEFL), each host institution requires a different level of income.
- For studies in the Hungarian language have a proficiency in the language (level B2).
- The other requirements vary depending on the institution and the program to which you wish to apply.
- For undergraduate or bachelor’s degrees, those interested must be between 18 and 23 years old and have a bachelor’s degree after 2016. For master’s degrees they must be between 21 and 65 years old, a grade point average greater than 80%, and a minimum year of experience.
- In the case of doctorates, they require being between 23 and 65 years old, having a master’s grade average of over 80%, and having at least one year of experience.

2. Future in Russia Scholarship
Offeror: the Government of Russia through its embassies in each country.
Benefits: full payment of your studies, monthly maintenance, accommodation allowance and a Russian language course for one year.
Level of study: undergraduate/bachelor’s degrees, masters, and doctorates.
Requirements:
- Citizens from anywhere in the world may participate in this call.
- The English or Russian language is not a requirement, but you must be willing to learn Russian to study in that language.
The Application process: online through Future in Russia and through the Russian embassy in your country.
Application deadline: January of each year.
3. Bilateral Scholarships from the Government of China
Offeror: the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
Benefits:
- Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree: full payment of tuition, 1,000 euros per year for accommodation, € 380 per year for food and health insurance.
- Master’s degree: full payment of tuition, € 1,000 per year for accommodation, € 460 per year for maintenance and medical insurance.
- Doctorate: full payment of tuition, € 1,500 per year for accommodation, € 535 per year for food and health insurance.
You can study: undergraduate/graduate programs, masters, and doctorates in the different branches of knowledge.
Requirements:
Citizens of any country in the world except China who meet the following requirements:
- Have citizenship other than that of the ROC.
- Have good physical and mental health.
- Be between 16 and 35 years old; In the case of being a Chinese teacher, the maximum age can reach 45 years.
- Moreover, the minimum age for the International Chinese Teaching Undergraduate Scholarship is 25 years old.
- Certificate of the language in which you want to study: HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL.
